With over two decades of executive leadership experience, Louis has established a strong track record in driving growth and innovation across both privately owned and publicly traded companies, specializing in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. His career is characterized by using a servant leadership approach to strategically align the organization with evolving market demands and shareholder expectations. His commitment to cultivating strong organizational cultures has been instrumental in driving both long-term strategic vision and short-term financial performance. Louis joined Morgan Foods in 2014. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years at Tyson Foods in a variety of leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Arkansas.

Steve Hankins

Steve Hankins joined Morgan Foods as Chief Financial Officer in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience across food production, logistics, and consulting. Prior to Morgan Foods, Steve held senior leadership roles, including Global CFO/CIO at Globe Express Services and CEO of US Bentonite. He also founded and led Accio.US, a successful consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Steve spent over 20 years at Tyson Foods, honing his skills in financial planning, shared services, and technology integration. Renowned for driving digital transformation, he spearheaded the implementation of SAP systems at Morgan Foods. With his unique blend of financial acumen and technical expertise, Steve has been instrumental in optimizing operations and positioning Morgan Foods for sustained growth.

Chief Customer Officer

Bill joined Morgan Foods in 2018 with a wealth of leadership experience from the retail and food distribution sectors. His career includes pivotal roles such as Commercial VP at Tesco and Executive Director at Associated Wholesale Grocers, alongside positions at Metro Cash & Carry and Daymon Worldwide. With deep expertise in business development, brand management, and procurement, Bill specializes in private-label product strategies—perfectly aligning with Morgan Foods’ focus on manufacturing private-label soups and beans. He plays a vital role in shaping the company’s market strategies, driving consistent growth, and enhancing customer engagement across both national and private-label brands.

Mike Broaders

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Mike joined Morgan Foods in November 2021. He is experienced in supply/transportation planning, logistics, distribution, and warehouse/3PL management and has deep industry know-how in production, maintenance, and quality control. His professional career in the food industry spans more than thirty years, where his contributions have greatly benefited privately held companies and large corporations such as Pepsi-Cola, The Coca-Cola Company, Campbell Soup, and C&S Wholesale Grocers! Mike holds a BS in Management/Supervision from Purdue University and an MA in General Management from Antioch University. Mike is a versatile, results-driven business leader with comprehensive global operational experience.  Effective in high-profile roles, with proven strengths in developing market opportunities and building client relationships.

Rick Davis

Rick Davis

Chief Manufacturing Officer

Rick brings a strong academic foundation to Morgan Foods, holding an MBA in Finance from Baker University, a BS in Grain Science from Kansas State University, and a BS in Agricultural Technology from the same institution. Before joining Morgan Foods, he served as Senior Director of US Manufacturing at The Hershey Company, overseeing the production of candy, gums, and mints nationwide. Prior to Hershey, Rick spent 26 years at Colgate-Palmolive, where he held diverse roles in manufacturing, planning, processing, quality, and R&D across the company’s global network. Renowned for his innovative leadership and problem-solving skills, Rick excels in team management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. At Morgan Foods, he oversees manufacturing operations and drives research and development initiatives.

Tim Maciejak 

Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer

Tim joined Morgan Foods in 2015, bringing a robust background in finance and academia. In his current role, he is instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans, ensuring Morgan Foods sustains its leadership in manufacturing. During his time at Morgan Foods, Tim also served as President of the Shelf Stable Food Processors Association, where he advanced industry standards, and he continues to contribute as a board member. His expertise and vision play a key role in shaping the company’s future.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Judy rejoined Morgan Foods as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2024, previously holding the Human Resources Director position from 2010 to 2014.  With over 30 years of experience in human resources and operations, Judy is committed to aligning talent with organizational growth strategies while creating a “best in class” employee experience. Prior to rejoining Morgan Foods, Judy was the Chief Operating Officer at Brinly-Hardy Co. Judy holds a PsyD and MA in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University and a BA in Political Science/Economics from Fordham University.  She is strong in organizational design and talent optimization, Judy collaborates across the company to identify, develop, and mentor talent, driving both short- and long-term goals.
